SMR CPA is looking for energetic, focused and competitive Business Development Manager to market our services and expand firm’s client base. As Business Development Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Managing Partner of the firm.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • In this role, you will prospect extensively, identify potential client needs and translate those needs into new opportunities for SMR CPA , generate and close new businesses and meet the monthly set targets

  • You will manage and initiate sales calls and conduct presentations at various levels in the potential client organizations and network at industry events

  • You will maintain an aggressive quarterly pipeline of opportunities and signing targets and thrive under pressure 

  • You will take ownership of the success of overall sales targets and results and lead account management activities   

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Proficient in spoken and written English

  • Minimum 3 years of proven successful experience in sales and business development role, preferably in accounting and finance areas

  • Excellent client management and time management skills and ability to understand client business needs in fast paced environment

  • A professional with competitive, practical, and positive attitude
