Director of Admissions and Marketing Private Career Colleges

SMR CPA Recruitment services is seeking a highly motivated Director of Admissions and Marketing for 2 private career colleges. Our client is a leading provider of education in the Pharmaceutical and health care industry for the past 20 years and is in a very rapid growth and expansion mode


As Director Admissions and Marketing for Private Career colleges, you will plan, lead and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue up via increase in student enrollment.

As Director of Admissions & Marketing, the Private Career colleges, you will be reporting to the president. You will plan, lead and execute marketing and advertising strategies/activities to drive revenue for the career colleges in a very rapid growth environment.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive student enrollment up in all programs in all campuses

  • Develop, execute, manage marketing strategies to achieve the monthly, quarterly and yearly set targets for a continuous in flow of students in all programs

  • Lead and take ownership of the success of marketing efforts and results and targets

  • Promote strategies to generate student enrollment through partnerships with foreign schools and agencies as well as local schools

  • Actively manage campus intake/enrollment of students, career fair programs and all other initiatives to attract the continuous influx of students to meet set targets

  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns, utilizing social media presence, digital/print content, company website, social media content, email marketing, digital marketing and other communications to attract students

  • Collaborate with the local schools, international agencies, external consultants, PR partners and advertising agencies to plan, develop and execute international and local marketing campaigns, advertising, promotions, press releases, mailings, presentations, educational seminars, sponsorship opportunities and associated activities

  • Prepare marketing activity reports and regularly communicate the results to the President

  • Deliver research, reports and sales results (such as identification/assessment of trends, ROI, and market data, etc.) to support sales efforts

  • Manage external vendors (i.e. PR and advertising agencies, graphic designers, print houses and social media suppliers, etc.)


Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of Marketing and sales experience in educational sector in a similar role

  • Hands on experience with online marketing, social media, marketing communication processes, media planning, PR, printing processes and other relevant marketing functions

  • Strong Project management skills, while working on simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment

  • Experience developing and managing budgets, and hiring, training, developing, supervising and appraising colleagues

  • Travel required from time to time and working outside of “normal” work hours to meet business demands
