Due Diligence Analysis


Before closing a deal, due diligence is conducted to investigate, review and verify information and data about a potential investment opportunity. In general, our due diligence review will include a detailed look at these main elements of a business:

  • ​Review of the financial status

  • Review of the management team's capabilities

  • Review of the marketing plan and activities

  • Operations and technical review of the inventory status, equipment, plant and processes

  • Understanding legal implications of the agreement, such as representations and warranties

  • Review composition of the board of directors and compensation arrangements

  • Consider the impact of all Government applicable regulations, restrictions and registration requirements

  • Consider the impact on existing contracts such as licenses, employment contracts, supplier contracts and bank loans
